The funicular is only five hundred meters from the highway (E-35/A2) exit Lugano-Sud, and reaches the top of the mountain in 12 minutes. Easy car parking is assured. Departures are every 30 minutes, scheduled mid-March to mid-November from 8.30, in March, October and November to 17.00, in April, May and September to 18.30, in June, July and August to 23.00 in the evening.
