The small but important Hermann Hesse Museum, created within the walls of the Tower in Casa Camuzzi, is an integral part
of the Camuzzi House Complex in Montagnola. The Museum houses precious works creatid during this lifetime as painter and
poet. hermann Hesse lived in Montagnola, until his death in 1962. The Museum is a cultural meeting place for visitors from
all over the world. Tolerance, genuineness, integrity, and a certain far-sightedness established Hesse as one of the most
widely read authors wirting in the German language. His works habe been translated in 60 languages.
Opening hours: 10-12.30am / 2-6.30 pm
Monday closed
Nov.-Feb open only on Saturday and Sunday.
